Stay True You

 

I just can't do it anymore; all the odds are against me.

 

Far too many of us find ourselves on this never-ending battle of doubt and uncertainty in the midst of life's obstacles.

 

It is inevitable, we all battle hardships throughout life, however, how we overcome them defines the very essence of who we truly are.

 

Stay True You is a branch off of The Music for Dreams Foundation, the program's mission is to help today's youth find their purpose in life through character development tools, inward reflection, and through resources provided for students, parents, and educators.

 

Through the use of self-empowerment measures, Stay True You introduces students to the tools they need to have a better sense of who they are, what they stand for, and to know that they can overcome absolutely any obstacle.

 

Without emotional stability and character development one has nothing. Through fun, interactive, and memorable tools along with P.E.R.M.A developed by leading researchers in the field of positive psychology, my program introduces students to the tools that increase well-being by focusing on combinations of positive thoughts, living meaningfully, establishing supportive relationships, accomplishing goals, and being fully engaged with life. Further, nurturing these experiences in children can help them go beyond just surviving to really thriving in life.
